This card was never officially confirmed to feature a Shiny Pokémon. Gardevoir only appears Shiny due to the blue hue of the overall illustration. Alt. color Pokémon this era are clearly indicated as either "Radiant Pokémon" or by way of use of the gold card template. Squinting for differences at tints of Pokémon to see if they're slightly different from the coloration you'd expect is going to result in an endlessly long list.
