| The ONBS HQ is located in Pyrite Town starting in {p|Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness}. It is ran by Nett who formerly lived in the Under. Eventually in the game ONBS gets attacked by Cipher, so it's up to [[Media:Michael]] to save them.
