Team Plasma Grunts

A Team Plasma Grunt (Japanese: プラズマだんのしたっぱ Team Plasma Underling) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation V games. They are the grunts of Team Plasma. There are male and female versions, and they all dress similarly to knights from the Middle Ages.
