Kaisei (Japanese: カイセー Kaisē) is a character in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure!, a friend of Professor Rowan and the father of Hareta. He first appeared at the Sinnoh League Tournament to watch his son compete.

He is currently on the run from the International Police and is being pursued by Hansom and Koya. He gives Hareta a Pokémon egg before leaving.

He is also being pursued by Charon and Neo Team Galactic, who believes he has the ability to enter the Distortion World.
