[[Max]] and Tate, along with a bunch of {{p|Baltoy}} and Tate's {{p|Solrock}}, were able to knock out Team Rocket, but the shuttle had already taken off. Jim helped to guide Max and Tate through the shuttle landing, and the two were able to land safely. At the end of the episode, Jim went up into space to look for new Pokémon.

Jin (Japanese: ジン Jin) is Rachel's husband and the father of the Mossdeep City Gym Leaders Tate and Liza. In addition to being the twins' father, he is also an astronaut.
