Trivia
Along with Shedinja, this card has the fewest HP of any Stage 1 Pokémon in the TCG as of the release of Advent of Arceus.
Origin
Kabuto Armor's Japanese name is that of Battle Armor, an ability that appeared later in Generation III of the Pokémon games that Kabuto can have. Scratch is a move in the Pokémon games that Kabuto can learn. This card's flavor text comes from Pokémon Red and Blue.
