Arcanine (Japanese: ウインディ Windie) is a Fire-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It was released as a promotional card.

Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was given out in a Toyota auto campaign in October 1997. Later, this Japanese print was released as part of the Pokémon Song Best Collection CD. The English version of the card was released through Pokémon card leagues in March 2000.
Trivia
The Arcanine included in the Pokémon Song Best Collection CD has the same illustration as the best cd. There is no way to differentiate between the two without the original packaging.
Origin
Quick Attack is a move in the Pokémon games, though Arcanine cannot learn it.
