He used to be a professional wrestler in the past. He is first met in Rasp Cavern. In the past, Arley was known as "Arley the Destroyer", but now he is the second leader of the Societea, an organisation in league with the Pokémon Pinchers. Arley is first seen in Rasp Cavern, standing not to let anyone get in danger, while the Pinchers steal the Ranger Sign on the tablet.
