In Japan, this card was included alongside Azumarill in the DVD release of Pikachu's Summer Festival on June 25, 2005.
Trivia
This is the only card with multiple Pokémon on it that was ever tournament legal at any time.
Origin
The card is based on the Pichu Brothers from the anime.
