Trivia
This is among the most infamous of the "common rares" in the fact that it's basically referred to as a "blue Nidoran♂" since it's a Water-type with the same attack as the Nidoran♂ in question. It's not an exact correlation, though, since the Nidoran♂ has 10 more HP than Misty's Goldeen.
