This is a bit out there, but I think Seaking is based on Elvis Presley as a fish. Seaking has sideburns, and the white patterns with black dots looks like the costumes Elvis wears. It would explain why his name in Japan could translate to ''Rock'' fish, and why it was translated to Sea''king.''

soul silver

Seaking is available in soul silver in route 42, dark cave, mt. mortar, slowpoke well and union cave according to the pokedex. I found one in mt. mortar anyway. Energize 15:04, 4 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
