The title of this article is incorrect because of technical limitations. The correct title is p PKMNp' '.
p PKMNp' ' can be encountered and obtained by performing the extended Mew Glitch using a Pokémon with a special stat of 194, however, It can only be caught with a Master Ball due to its catch rate of 0. It can also be obtained via the Johto guard glitch with a Cyndaquil.
p PKMNp' ' can also be obtained by trading over a ゥ .4, its Red and Blue eqivalent.
p PKMNp' ' has a glitch screen, particularly the black-box variant.
