h 4Pゥ ゥ... is a Normal-type glitch Pokémon found in Yellow Version. It can only be obtained via the Johto guard glitch with Misdreavus. It occupies hexadecimal slot EF and will become ゥ$'M if traded to Pokémon Red and Blue. It can evolve into ゥ▾ ゥ♂ at level 201.
The No in its Pokédex entry's name is actually a changing tile that references tile 244 at the character base 0x8800.
