A perfect link is when a Pokémon and warrior have a 100% link and there can only be one Pokémon that can do this. For example Eevee is the Template:Hero/Template:Heroines perfect link and the eeveelutions if the hero/heroine is rank 2 except for Glaceon and Leafeon. When the Template:Hero/Template:Heroine reaches rank 3 Glaceon and Leafeon as well as Arceus can do the perfect link.
