That only appears at the end of an episode, so it isn't part of the episode itself. It's also the reason why we don't say "(Pokémon) briefly appeared in (episode) during the Who's that Pokémon? segment", due to it not being in the actual episode itself.--ForceFire 02:17, 8 April 2013 (UTC)

True, but it is part of the anime. It is quite significant that he appears practically every week in japan but in the localized version he only appears every once in a while. Yukinori/Yukinari

Unshou Ishizuka's (Professor Oak's seiyuu) first name (his real one) is Yukinori. Professor oak's Japanese first name is Yukinari. Don't their names look and sound similar? Doshigataina (talk) 07:20, 25 July 2013 (UTC)

User:05308 added Discharge with the edit summary (→‎On hand: Thunderbolt was shown to be orange only 2 episodes ago). This doesn't sound reliable to me, but rather than changing it to Thundershock as you've done, I'd rather have a fluent Japanese speaker confirm what the move is before we list it. The move was never named, but I find it highly unlikely that after the decision to make Rotom's thunderbolt orange in the first place, that it would then be yellow in BW130. It is incomprehensibly a different move. Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 17:59, 2 August 2013 (UTC)

It doesn't sound like it's Thunderbolt, but if it wasn't named, it is extremely assumptive to say which move it is. Note that it's against Project Anime guidelines to list Surf or Fly just for a Pokemon swimming or flying if the move isn't commanded; I don't see how this is any different from that.
