Makoto Tsumura (Japanese: 津村まこと Tsumura Makoto, born July 22, 1965) is a Japanese seiyū for the Pokémon anime. She started providing voices for the characters near the end of the Original series. Her most important role in the anime is that of Ayako (Johanna) who is Dawn's mother.
