Did you individually confirm every single Pokémon leveling up and learning [[Outrage (move)|Outrage]] at those levels?  The reason I ask is because I've personally seen cases where moves are learned at levels other than those from Gen. Regarding this edit

Did you individually confirm every single Pokémon leveling up and learning Outrage at those levels? The reason I ask is because I've personally seen cases where moves are learned at levels other than those from Gen. V, or even from B2/W2. I want to know the information is accurate.
