(Japanese: 破壊の繭とディアンシー The Cocoon of Destruction & Diancie) is the first XY series movie and the seventeenth Pokémon movie overall. It will be released in Japan on July 19, 2014.
The first trailer for the film was shown at the end of M16, containing Xerneas, Yveltal, Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie. Its preliminary title was first revealed by CoroCoro on December 15, 2013.
In addition to Xerneas and Yveltal, the film will feature twelve Mega Evolutions, including Mewtwo, along with Legendary Pokémon Diancie. It will be featured in Japanese theaters with the Pikachu short PK26.
