Set size: 82/83 in the US, 66 in Japan.
Once again, Wizards did the holo/nonholo deal, as well as added a card they created, Dark Raichu.
Sequence: 5th set in North America, 5th set in the Japan.
Release date: April 24th, 2000 in North America, ??? in Japan.
Toys R Us stores got it a few days earlier than in other parts of North America.
