Orsay City (Japanese: オルセイルシティ Orseille City) is an anime-exclusive location in Kalos. It is one of the settings of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. Notable landmarks are a large port and a shopping mall. Just outside the city is a Rhyhorn racing track.
Ash and his friends, accompanied by Diancie, arrived in Orsay City by boat in their quest to search Xerneas. Once in Orsay City, they immediately went to the city's shopping mall. Serena and Bonnie taught Diancie the pleasure of shopping here. However, during this, Diancie noticed her Carbink servants looking for her. They had to remind Diancie that she needed to search for Xerneas instead of enjoying herself. Escaping from them and once outside the mall, Diancie explained the situation with her servants to Ash and his friends. Right at that moment, Marilyn Flame and her Delphox attacked. The group left Orsay City to protect Diancie from the thieves.
