This card was included in the English POP Series 9 expansion, first released as one of the Japanese DP-P Promotional cards. A Cracked Ice Reverse Holofoil print of the English card was released in August 2009 available in the Supreme Victors Two Pack Blisters. In Japan, this card was released as part of the Collection Challenge, a campaign that saw the release of several promotional cards through events during the Summer of 2008. This card was available through the DP Card Exchange in July 2008. It was subsequently reprinted in the Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack released in April 2009.
