The title of this article is incorrect because of technical limitations. The correct title is p PKMNp' '.
p PKMNp' ' can be encountered and obtained by performing the extended Mew Glitch using a Pokémon with a special stat of 194, but it can also be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with a Cyndaquil.
p PKMNp' ' can also be obtained by trading over a ゥ .4, its Red and Blue equivalent.
p PKMNp' ' has a glitch screen, particularly the black-box variant.
p PKMNp' ' changes the item in the player's fifth bag slot, adding 20 to the identifier. It is possible to obtain glitch items with this (e.g. MAX ETHER into GnS'l).
As its secondary type is one of the glitch types, which do not have any weaknesses or resistances, this glitch Pokémon has the same weaknesses and resistances as a pure Poison-type Pokémon.
This glitch Pokémon article is part of Project GlitchDex, a Bulbapedia project that aims to write comprehensive articles on glitches in the Pokémon games.
