Aura Break (Japanese: オーラブレイク Aura Break) is an Ability introduced in Generation VI. It is one of the signature Abilities of Zygarde.
Effect
In battle
Aura Break reverses the effects of Fairy Aura and Dark Aura. Instead of multiplying the power of all Fairy- or Dark-type moves by 1.33, resulting in a 33% increase, Fairy Aura and Dark Aura will instead divide their power by 1.33, resulting in a almost 25% decrease as long as the Pokémon with Aura Break remains on the field.
Even if a Pokémon with Mold Breaker, Teravolt or Turboblaze uses a Fairy- or Dark-type move, the effect of Aura Break still applies.
Outside of battle
It is unknown if Aura Break has an effect outside of battle.
