Aura Break (Japanese: オーラブレイク Aura Break) is an Ability introduced in Generation VI. It is one of the signature Abilities of Zygarde.
Effect
In battle
Aura Break inverts the effects of Fairy Aura and Dark Aura: instead of multiplying the power of Fairy- or Dark-type moves by those Abilities' normal modifier, it is divided instead, resulting in approximately a 25% decrease in power as long as the Pokémon with Aura Break remains on the field.
Even if a Pokémon with Mold Breaker, Teravolt, or Turboblaze uses a Fairy- or Dark-type move, the effect of Aura Break still applies.
Outside of battle
It is unknown if Aura Break has an effect outside of battle.
