The Mystic Water (Japanese: しんぴのしずく Mysterious Droplet) is a type of held item introduced in Generation II that boosts the power of Water-type moves.

Pokémon: Magikarp Jump
In Pokémon: Magikarp Jump, Mystic Water is a Friendship Item that is received as a reward after beating the Quick League. It summons Piplup as a helper Pokémon.
In the anime
In The Perfect Match!, a Mystic Water was the prize given to the winning Trainer at the Whirl Cup.
In Balloons, Brionne, and Belligerence!, Ida and Kanoa went on a treasure hunt for a Mystic Water in a sunken ship, with Ash, Lana, and Mallow tagging along. After Kanoa found it, he gave it to Ia as a necklace.
In the manga
In the Pokémon Adventures manga
In The Last Battle IV, during the final battle against the Masked Man, Misty used Mystic Water to power up the moves of Suicune.
