I don't think we should assume that the world in the Spaceworld demo is a region. Seeing how it was based on the entirety of Japan, and Kanto would have been present in it and would have worked as a city (despite being a whole region of its own), it's more likely that it was supposed to be a whole nation. I don't think we should assume that the world in the Spaceworld demo is a region. Seeing how it was based on the entirety of Japan, and Kanto would have been present in it and would have worked as a city (despite being a whole region of its own), it's more likely that it was supposed to be a whole nation.
