The Repeat Ball (Japanese: リピートボール Repeat Ball) is a type of Poké Ball introduced in Generation III. It can be used to capture wild Pokémon more effectively if already registered in the Pokédex.
In the core series games
In Pokémon Sun, Moon Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon, Scientists keep their Pokémon in Repeat Balls.

When used from the Bag in a wild encounter, it will attempt to capture the wild Pokémon with a catch rate modifier of 3×Gen III-VI/3.5×SM if used on a Pokémon that is registered in the player's Pokédex as caught or 1× if otherwise

The Repeat Ball and Luxury Ball appeared in the opening of Jirachi: Wish Maker. These balls contained Brendan's Shiftry and Aggron, respectively.
