Rifure Village (Japanese: リフレ村 Rifure Village) is an anime-exclusive location in Kanto. It is home to Kinso, an artisan who makes Gym Badges. Cascade Badges are made there using a kiln and welding the metal, and possibly other Gym Badges as well. It was featured in The Blue Badge of Courage, when Misty had to get more Gym Badges; and is located near Cerulean City, at the foot of a mountain and by a lake.
