This card received an erratum that corrected the restrictions on playing the card. It can only be played if the player's Active Pokémon is a or Pokémon.

Origin

Cyrus is the boss of Team Galactic in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. The requirement for a or Active Pokémon most likely refer to the types of Palkia and Dialga, both of which Cyrus tried to control at some point.
