Mew (Japanese: ミュウ Mew) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It is one of the Unnumbered Promotional cards.
Card text
Choose an attack of 1 of your opponent's Pokémon in play. Psydupe copies that attack. This attack does nothing if this Pokémon doesn't have the Energy necessary to use that attack as well as the energy necessary to use Psydupe. (You must still do anything else required for that attack.) This Pokémon performs that attack.

Release information
In Japan, this card was released as part of a special expansion sheet available at the 7th Next Generation World Hobby Fair held in December 1997. It was later reprinted as one of a selection of cards included in the Pokémon Song Best Collection CD, released on January 1, 1999.
Trivia
As this card was distributed as part of an expansion sheet, this card, along with Pikachu and Mewtwo are often regarded as unofficial additions to the Vending Machine cards collection, dubbed "Series 00".
Origin
Pound is a move in the Pokémon games that Mew can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
