The Fighting type (Japanese: Fighting) is one of the eleven TCG types. It is represented by the color brown, and symbolized by a left-handed fist.

The Fighting type contains all Fighting-, Rock- and Ground-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Machamp, Golem and Dugtrio are all Fighting types in the TCG.

The corresponding Basic Energy card is Fighting Energy.

In Pokémon Trading Card Game, there are 23 Fighting-type Pokémon cards. In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!, there are 51 Fighting-type Pokémon cards.
