Milk Drink (Japanese: ミルクのみ Milk Drink) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation II. In every generation except for Generations VI and VII, it is the signature move of Miltank.
Effect
In battle
Generations II to VII
Milk Drink restores up to 50% of the user's max HP.
If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Milk Drink, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
Generation VIII
In Versions 1.0 to 1.1.1 of Pokémon Sword and Shield, Milk Drink cannot be selected in a battle. Starting with Version 1.2.0, it can be selected and functions as it did in previous generations.
Outside of battle
Prior to Generation VII, Milk Drink can also be used outside of battle to transfer some of the user's HP to another party Pokémon. Each use will transfer 20% of the user's HP, up to the target's maximum HP. The move will not work if the user has 20% or less HP left.

In other games
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Explorers of Time and Darkness and Sky, Milk Drink is a move with 15PP that ignores accuracy and evasion checks. It heals all team members in the same room as user for ¼ of their maximum HP. In hallways, this move targets Pokémon up two tiles away (or one in one-tile darkness). This move is affected by Muzzled status condition, Taunt and Snatch.
In the Mystery Dungeon (WiiWare) games, Milk Drink restores HP of the user and teammates in the same room by 1/10 of their max HP instead.
In Super Mystery Dungeon, Milk Drink restores HP of the user and teammates in the same room by 40% of their max HP.
