Dustox's ability prevents any added effects from attack moves. Flinching is an added affect, so Dustox's ability negated it. |

What Gives?
I had a Meowth that used Fake Out on Dustox in Pearl, but Dustox didn't flinch. Why do you think that this happened?

Dustox's ability prevents any added effects from attack moves. Flinching is an added affect, so Dustox's ability negated it.
