yes but it was used by Ash before Diamond and Pearl, and seemed to be used quite frequently. I was the one that asked the question. I should really create a profile, but too bad that I don't know how... -_-
Anyway, what I meant was that I saw Ash use it, my friend uses one, and that one girl that I saw on Pokemon Trozi (I think) had one. --Nidokingdood
