1. NO, I would NOT like to buy some free Arceus card in exchange for my personal information (trust me, when you're a Neopets monitor and an expert on scams, you see a LOT of things).

2. I will not take bribes for my soon to be giveaways and missions.

1. A legendary does NOT Evolve. 2. A legendary's level ranges from 30 to 80. 3. A legendary ( except for the roaming ones) has a designated area it is found in and/or you need to do something special (ex: event, the regi's you have to read braille, ect.) to obtain it. 4. All legendaries except for Cresselia and Heatran are genderless. 5. Entei, Mesprit, Suicune, Raikou, Latios, Latias, and Cresselia are the only roaming legendaries. 6. All Legnedaries except for Cresselia have special battle music. 7. All Legendaries cannot breed.

How My Raffles Work

I do not deny that I have an Action Replay. I don't need reminding that it's cheating. I perfer to think of it as 'Speeding up Time'. But, in one of my raffles, I will give away most of the main Pokémon in Pokémon Movies and occasionally some random ones that have special move sets. IN all my raffles, there is a clue I give you to find the page, and a question you have to answer. Post the answer on my talk page and the first one to get it right gets the raffled Pokémon!
