Origin
Eerie Light is an attack that first appeared on Expansion Sheet 3 Haunter. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Moon. Phoebe is featured in the VMAX Climax Full Art print's illustration, who uses a Banette in all core series games in which she appears as an opponent. This print also features the interior of her room in the Pokémon League as it appears in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
