Description This member of the Elite Four is constantly on the verge of overheating. He's a skillful Trainer of Fire-type Pokémon who is always burning for an all-out battle.

Flint (Japanese: オーバ Ōba) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Infernape. The sync pair is obtained during the events of Chapter 12 of the Main Story.

Flint briefly appeared in the Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer, where he, Skyla, and Acerola battled Bettie, Iris, and Barry at a stadium. The outcome of the battle was left unknown.

Infernape is Flint's only known Pokémon. Alongside Swanna and Acerola's Palossand, it battled Bettie's Pikachu, Iris's Haxorus, and Barry's Piplup. The outcome of the battle was left unknown.

Flint's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. Infernape is Flint's signature Pokémon in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Infernape's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Pearl.
