Mystical Power inflicts damage and raises either the user's offensive stats or defensive stats, whichever base stat is higher.

Description

Games Description LA The user strengthens itself with a mysterious power. If it excels in offense, its offensive stats are raised. If it excels in defense, its defensive stats are raised. SV The user attacks by emitting a mysterious power. This also boosts the user’s Sp. Atk stat.
