Teeter Dance (Japanese: フラフラダンス Dizzy Dance) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation V, it was the signature move of Spinda.
Effect
Generation III
Teeter Dance confuses all Pokémon adjacent to the user.
Generation IV onwards
Teeter Dance can now be copied by Mirror Move.
If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Teeter Dance, the user's Special Attack stat rises by one stage.

In other games
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, Teeter Dance is a move with 15 PP and 100% accuracy. It targets all Pokémon on the floor, including user, and inflicts confusion on them, if possible. This move is affected by Taunt.
In Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky, the move now only targets Pokémon in the same room - targeting Pokémon up two tiles away (or one in one-tile darkness) when in hallways. This move can now be bounced back by Magic Coat.
From Gates to Infinity onward, it will not affect the user.
Pokémon Rumble Rush
In Pokémon Rumble Rush, all status moves including Teeter Dance could only be used by opposing Pokémon and could not be obtained on any caught Pokémon. Teeter Dance could be seen as a move used by Boss Spinda.
