Bulk Up (Japanese: ビルドアップ Build-up) is a non-damaging Fighting-type move introduced in Generation III.
It is:
- TM08 from Generation III to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
- TM30 in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!.
- TR48 in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
- TM064 in Generation IX.
Effect
Bulk Up raises the user's Attack stat and Defense stat by one stage each.
If powered up by a Fightinium Z, the user's Attack stat is raised by another stage.
Generation VIII
Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Bulk Up's PP has been reduced to 10, and it raises the user's offensive and defensive stats for four turns.
