This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil SVP Black Star Promo available in the Paldea Evolved Three Pack Blisters from August 11, 2023.
In Japan, this card was released as three different SV-P Promotional cards. Print 031/SV-P was awarded to participants of the Deck As It Is Battle events held at participating Pokémon Card Gym venues from January 20, 2023.
