Sinnoh Elite Four Assemble (Japanese: 集結　シンオウ四天王！) was a solo event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the Sinnoh Elite Four.

The "Aaron Spotlight Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Aaron and Vespiquen during the duration of the event; the "Bertha Spotlight Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Bertha and Hippowdon starting from May 11, 2022; the "Lucian Spotlight Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Lucian and Girafarig starting from May 13, 2022.

Battles rewarded players with Event Voucher Y, Event Voucher Z, and Event Voucher A, which could be redeemed in the shop. Additionally, Daily Extreme Battles could only be challenged once per day.

The following sync pairs earn +0.6 bonus items:

• Aaron and Vespiquen
• Bertha and Hippowdon
• Lucian and Girafarig
• Flint and Infernape

The following sync pairs earn +0.4 bonus items:

• Guzma and Golisopod
• Bianca and Musharna

The following sync pairs earn +0.2 bonus vouchers:

• All other Sinnoh sync pairs

This event features two Battle Challenges, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills and receiving rewards. Flint's Battle Challenge! area became available on May 11, 2022, and the Bertha's Battle Challenge! area became available on May 13, 2022.
