This card was included in the Fossil expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, first released in the Japanese Mystery of the Fossils expansion as only a Holofoil card. A Prerelease Holofoil print was released as a Pokémon League promo in July 1999. The US promotional print has the Starlight Holofoil, while the European print has the Cosmos Holofoil.
