Q, commonly known as Q Glitch, is a Glitch Pokémon in Pokémon Yellow.
is a dual-type glitch Pokémon.

In Pokémon Yellow
It evolves from 4 4Hy at Level 6, Glitch (CA) at Level 239, or 8 (DE) at level 6. is a hybrid of Starmie.
Obtaining Q
There are only two ways to obtain a Q; by evolving a 44Hy or trading a Charizard 'M from the Red/Blue versions. It is easier to just evolve a 44Hy since Charizard 'M is hard to obtain. Q cannot be seen in the Menu or caught by directly using the Mew Glitch. Because of this, Q is one of the few non-Gameshark* Glitch Pokémon that cannot be caught by directly using the Mew glitch.

Stats
Glitches caused
Q will have the nickname "TM55" when it has evolved from 44Hy. When viewing its stats, it will have the number #121 and its types are Water/Psychic.
In the party
Whenever is in the party, all of the Pokémon below it will be invisible, because it is treated as the cancel button. The party will then be unable to be healed at any Pokémon Center and can only be healed via items. If is moved to the bottom of the party, all other Pokémon will once again be visible and will be able to be healed at a Pokémon Center. Once faints, it can only be healed by using a Revive or similar item.

When encountered
Whenever the player battles , it will be frozen and have a broken HP bar, and any attempt to access the party screen will cause a white-out to occur.

All the effects of the ZZAZZ glitch activate when is battled.

Q's moves are Confusion, Disable, and Headbutt. At Lv. 9, it will learn a glitch move. Q sometimes will learn "trainer," a glitch that freezes the game. Q will learn Mega punch at level 12, Skull Bash at level 23, TM09 at level 29, TM50 at level 32, Pound at level 45, Tackle at level 61, and Ice Beam at level 62. (Note: "TM" moves are not actually TMs, they are glitch moves).

At times, Q may unexpectedly evolve into Kangaskhan four times in a row, then suddenly freeze the game. Q has been also known to turn into Missingno. without evolving. It will then have Type 1 as Normal and Type 2 as glitch.

Duplication trick
Trivia
Due to Q's unusual behavior, it and its Red/Blue equivalent Charizard 'M are the only Pokémon that enable a player to a unique trick, often called the "Q trick". It involves depositing Q and other Pokémon into Bill's PC, and then when they are retrieved, the Pokémon's attacks and stats will become mixed up.
* After evolving, the game will claim that 4 4Hy evolved into “TM55”, and it will be nicknamed TM55.
* If the 4 4Hy that evolved was an a which still has its original name, it will not gain the nickname TM55, however the game still claims it evolved into TM55.
* This glitch Pokémon's nickname cannot be changed by the player if this Pokémon was obtained with an ID of 00000, when evolved from 4 4Hy if it still has the matching Trainer ID and OT, it can be renamed.

In Pokémon Gold
External links
When viewing Q in Pokémon Gold, it will appear as ????? as the number #255.
*On Glitch City Laboratories

Notes
*There are other Glitch Pokémon that can be caught with Gameshark, a cheating device. "Non-Gameshark" implies a Pokémon which does not require Gameshark to find it.
