DJ Leo (Japanese: DJレオ DJ Leo), whose real name is simply Leo (Japanese: レオ Leo), is a recurring character who appeared in the Pokémon anime. He is a childhood friend of Professor Kukui and a DJ, who is a part of the DJ group Dig-Dug-Leo (Japanese: ディグダグレオ Dig-Dug-Leo), previously called Dug-Leo (Japanese: ダグレオ Dug-Leo) before the Alolan Diglett joined him and his Alolan Dugtrio.
History
DJ Leo debuted in Getting the Band Back Together!, where Professor Kukui, Ash, and his classmates took Mimo to her first concert. While returning home, they encountered Leo, who recognized Kukui from his school days and invited them back to his place.
