Phenac Stadium is the colosseum in Phenac City, which is located in the Orre region. It appears in Pokémon Colosseum, as well as Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. However, there is no Colosseum Challenge in the second game.
Pokémon Colosseum
Phenac Stadium is the first Colosseum Wes encounters. Although, he cannot enter at the time because Shadow Pokémon are not permitted. At this time in the story, Wes only has Umbreon, Espeon, and Shadow Pokémon.
Story Mode
All story mode Colosseum challenges are conducted in Double Battle format.

In Pokémon XD, Phenac Stadium is no longer open to tournaments since Tower Colosseum was open to the public. However, Michael's first battle against Snattle takes place at the abandoned Phenac Stadium.
