A Ranger Mission is a special mission that a Pokémon Ranger goes on to increase his or her rank. The actual missions vary widely, and ofrten include rescuing a Pokémon/person, helping someone, or defeating/outsmarting an enemy.
Rangers will rank up when they complete these missions, which can only be handled once a leader says so. Ranger rank 10 is the highest possible rank.
