A Theme Deck, also known as a Pre-constructed Deck, is a playing deck of Pokémon Trading Card Game cards sold pre-packaged. Most Theme Decks are designed with a specific strategy (such as hoarding Energy) or theme (such as Electric/Psychic) in mind.
Most of the TCG's expansions also featured two to four theme decks. The notable exception to this is Neo Revelation.
The "Set theme decks" contains alot of the cards from one set only while "Special theme decks" use any cards from any sets such as Trainer Kits and World Championships Decks.
All of the decks listed are produced by Pokémon USA /or Wizards of the Coast
