Max Revive (Japanese: 元気のかたまり Chunks of Life) is a Trainer card. It is part of the Gym Challenge set.

Release information
The Japanese version of this card was originally one of the Vending Machine cards in Japan and later reprinted in Pokémon Web. Gym Challenge is the only appearance of this card outside Japan.
