Pokétopia Master Mysterial (Japanese: ポケトピアマスター ミステリオ Pokétopia Master Mysterio) is the tenth and final Colosseum leader in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Stargazer Colosseum and all of Pokétopia. He is Caucasian with blue hair, a blue mustache, and turquoise eyes.

Mysterial is an expert magician, and does a vanishing trick if he is beaten. He also levitates his Poké Balls when sending his Pokémon out. He wears a purple hat covered in stars, a red necktie, red pants, a black vest with gold buttons and a purple shirt with yellow lining. He is rather short and chubby.

Mysterial is the only Pokémon Trainer to be in the trainer class Pokétopia Master.

In later rounds, Mysterial's team mainly consists of fully-evolved and legendary Pokémon. The more times he is battled, the more his team will develop, continually gaining stronger and stronger Pokémon.

If Pearl was used to copy Pokémon from Storage his team will have Dialga, If Diamond was used he will have Palkia, and if Platinum or no game was used to copy Pokémon, his team in Masters Battle Set 4 will have Cresselia, Lucario, Mesprit, Snorlax, and Garchomp.
